1 thing you can taste
Deep Breathing exercises
Mindful Walk
Journaling- 3 things you are grateful for
Brain Dump - write down the thoughts, feelings, worries that are coming to mind
Listening to music
Body scan exercise
Reading- Select a simple page goal "Read 3 pages"
Hold a piece of ice
